Feeling like transporting yourself to Italy? On the corner of Oosterstraat, you'll find a small pasta restaurant named Gustatio, where the food is prepared in an authentic Italian manner. 

The owners of the Osteria hail from Rome, and their staff is from Italy. The menu features a range of classic Italian pastas such as Amatriciana, Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and alla Gricia. Simple, yet bursting with flavor. You can also choose from more elaborate pasta dishes, for example, with seafood or braised meat. Additionally, you can naturally enjoy delightful antipasti (starters) and desserts. Don't forget to order a matching glass of wine. 

Gustatio operates every day of the week with shifts of an hour and a half for lunch and two hours for dinner. Dinner is not available on Wednesdays. So, make sure to reserve in advance to secure a spot in this cozy little restaurant with room for approximately 20 people.
