🏍 TT Assen History: How It All Started

The first TT race took place on July 11, 1925, on a course of over 28 kilometers using public roads. In 1955, Assen got its own permanent circuit, which has since become known as “The Cathedral of Speed” – a sacred place for motorsport fans across the globe.

Today, the TT is a permanent fixture on the MotoGP calendar and the only race that has remained on the calendar continuously since the beginning.
