The MARKT! Festival in Groningen is coming soon. What can you expect here? Well, it will be a fun festival for the whole family, but also great to go with friends. The weather promises to be nice, so the location at the Drafbaan in the Stadspark is perfect!

Kids

There's plenty to do for the little visitors of the MARKT! Festival. There are lots of fun games to play like giant checkers, bouncy castles, an obstacle course, and a craft area. You can do some fun crafting with our supervisor. Decorate your own shoulder bag, make your own bracelet, get a glitter tattoo, or color a flowerpot and plant your own cress in it. And... all activities are free. How cool is that!

Music

Of course, dancing is also allowed during the MARKT! festival. With a beautiful sun in sight and the colorful Latin vibes from DJ Marcel, you'll soon feel like you're on vacation.

Vintage & Brocante

Who are you going to stroll through the treasure troves of Groningen's coolest Vintage market with? From timeless clothing pieces to enchanting decorations. That retro chair you've been looking for for so long. Or that old school map of your beloved city? You might find them at the MARKT! festival. The market for lovers of the past.

Food Trucks
