Restaurant Naud

Between the Gedempte Zuiderdiep and the Vismarkt lies the Folkingestraat. In 2015, this street was declared the most charming shopping street in the Netherlands and is still known as the coziest shopping street in Groningen. But at housenumber 42, you can also enjoy delicious food, as restaurant Naud is located here. 

This place once housed Brasserie Midi, which was taken over in 2020 by Kasper Lich and Tess Haarsma, a young entrepreneurial couple who both worked in the same restaurant. Ultimately, they transformed it into their own concept under the name Naud, where the interior is carefully designed, influences from around the world come together, and the traditional starter-main-dessert dynamic does not exist. This is because everything is served in the same portion. You can enjoy this à la carte or through a menu with three dishes and a dessert for a fixed price. 

Are you with a large group? For groups of 7 to 12 people, a group menu can be reserved. From 10 to 30 people, a private lunch is possible, and from 20 people, a private dinner.

Restaurant Naud is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5:00 PM.
