Clean Pete’s Classical Revue is coming to Groningen for the first time! In addition to their great love for Christmas, sisters Loes and Renée Wijnhoven are now also casting a refreshing light on the classical repertoire. The line-up features the energetic Young Dutch Wind Ensemble (jongNBE) and pianist Thomas Beijer, known for his virtuosity and playful flair. And, of course, the now-beloved youth choir led by Loes cannot be missing.

Clean Pete originally broke through in pop music but has been embraced by the classical audience in recent years. For instance, they have been guests on Podium Klassiek and NPO Klassiek. Their combination of sharp lyrics, warm harmonies, and genuine love for classical music manages to touch a broad audience. Clean Pete’s Classical Revue is a celebration of imagination and bravado. A musical evening in which traditions are challenged and the stage buzzes with fun and passion.
